Donna and I have taken loads of

Well, our schedule never quite
fit to do the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse and we were not too excited
about the actual process.....so we successfully put it off for a year but
have been planning on doing it soon....right!
About a month ago I was talking
with a friend in another MLM and who is into nutrition big time and
she told me she is trying this new product, Dr. Miller's Holy Tea and
that she was impressed with it so far (day 3). She gave me the website and
a brief overview and when I visited the website I decided to give the

The product is called Holy Tea
because the primary ingredient is the Holy Thistle and probably also
because on day 3 or 4 you will look at what you have produced in the

So Donna and I started taking
it per instructions and noticed nothing the first day....nothing the
second day.....but at 2 AM the night of the second day both of our bodies
started making some really loud and strange noises. Nothing else that
night, just loud noises in our gut.
On the third day I got up and
felt called upon to make the 1st of what became 6 non-urgent trips to the
bathroom. Volume was actually pretty large but not unusual looking. After
breakfast I did bathroom trip #2 and it was also a rewarding experience.
Then I did my daily exercise routine that includes 100 situps, 20 Hindu
pushups and a mile of jogging, came back and showered and saw my body in
the mirror.....WOW!
Let me give you some
background, I'm 56 years old, 6'1" and 200 lbs. I've lost 15-20 lbs over
the last 4 months doing 1 to 2 hours of exercise each day including
jogging uphill. The result has been good body conditioning and a smaller
waist and rock solid legs but I still had a round stomach, not a beer
belly, but a round stomach with no depression below my sternum. I really
don't think weight is an issue any more and I wasn't making a dent in my
roundness and was getting frustrated and thought that maybe the problem
was impacted fecal matter. I've been told many times that I was full
of it for many years so this was a plausable explanation.
Well, on day 3 of Holy Tea,
after 2 productive trips to the toilet, exercising and showering.......I
finally had an indentation below my sternum! Now I just finished day-6 and
the indentation is very pronounced and grown into a V down my abs! My OH
my! Now this is really exciting!
So how do we feel? A
little tired on days 3 and 4 but on day 5 we both woke up feeling great
and full of energy and today has been the same. Friends who saw us last
night also said we had a really healthy glow about us to.
